Cookie Decorating Class - Saturday, January 25th 10:00 am-12:30 pm
Come join me in a step-by-step process of learning how to decorate sugar cookies in the "Gnome One Like You" themed cookie class. You will learn about and practice using multiple royal icing consistencies and techniques. No previous experience is needed! All cookie class supplies will be provided. Bring a friend and have some fun!
In this class we will learn about basic decorating techniques and dabble into some intermediate techniques. You will leave the class with 5 full sized cookies.
Class objectives:
- How to outline cookies
- How to flood cookies
- How to use tipless bags for detailing
- How to use a tipless bag to pipe roses
- How to create "moss"
- How to add moss detail to cookies
- How to pipe line details
- How to stencil cookies for detailing
- Introduction to the wet-on-wet technique
- Introduction to royal icing transfers
I anticipate class seats to fill up quickly! If you are planning on coming with a family member or friend, I suggest having one person purchase all tickets to ensure your seats are reserved for your entire party. I have a limited number of seats available each class ranging from 8-12 seats. Classes will be held in Saratoga Springs, UT. Class details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the class!
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. If you are unable to attend the class, all tickets are transferable to another student but, tickets are not refundable. If you cannot find someone to take your place, please email me with at least a 24 hour notice as I often have a waiting list. However, this does not guarantee that I can find a replacement for you. Please let me know if you transfer your ticket to a friend so that I can update the attendee list.
I reserve the right to cancel this class due to illness or low enrollment in which case you will be offered a full refund.
